     DIFFERENCE BETWEEN (apt & apt-get) IN KALI LINUX


   Apt-cache & apt-get are almost same. before kali linux 2016 edition apt-get  and apt-cache was used .But after the 2016 update apt-get and apt-cache was combined as apt ,while still apt-get & apt-cache are still working but not used mostly.

    apt has super cow powers it is fantastic and one of the best update .


USES OF APT ,APT-GET 

        1)apt-cache search (______) ---> It is used to search about a                                                                    package                                              

        2)apt-cache show(____) -----> It is used to show about a package .

       3)apt-get remove(____)-----> it is used to remove a installed                                                                package
      
      4)apt-get purge(_____) ------> it is used to remove both package                                                          and configuration while in                                                                    remove only packages will be                                                                removed.
    
NOTE: But now a days we can use apt instead of                 apt-get and apt-cache
